DigiLocker is the Government of India’s digital document wallet. The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan states on its website that certificates with marksheets for recent years are available there. A DigiLocker copy is handy when your original is still with your school or when a college asks for a digital document.
Before you start
- A mobile number you can receive an OTP on.
- Your roll number and the year of your examination.
- Your board results must already be declared and uploaded by the board. Documents can appear a little later than the online result.
Steps
- Open digilocker.gov.in or the official DigiLocker app and sign in or create an account with your mobile number.
- Use the search to find the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan.
- Choose the document you need, such as the Class 10 or Class 12 marksheet-cum-certificate.
- Enter your roll number and examination year exactly as on your admit card, then fetch the document.
- The document is saved under “Issued Documents” and can be downloaded as a PDF.
Is a DigiLocker marksheet valid?
Documents issued into DigiLocker by the issuing authority are treated as valid digital documents under Government of India rules. Many colleges accept them, but some still ask for the original, so keep both.
If your document does not appear
- Check that the roll number and year are correct.
- Wait a few days after the result; uploads take time.
- For older years, use the board’s duplicate document process. See RBSE Marksheet Information.
